  05/16/2019   Precinct officers caught the Nikolayevshchina who illegally unloaded from the ZIL car construction garbage in the Ship area

During the testing of the Shiroka Balka residential district, district officers of the Ship Police Department of the GUNP found a citizen who had illegally unloaded construction waste from a ZIL car in an unspecified place.

The Office of preventive activity of GUNP in the Nikolaev area reports about it:

«On the driver police officers made the administrative report according to Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses "Violation of state standards, norms and rules in the field of improvement of settlements, rules of improvement of territories of settlements" , which is sent for consideration to the administrative commission. The sanction of the article provides for liability for citizens in the form of a fine in the amount of 340 to 1360 UAH.

Police warn!  According to the Rules of improvement, sanitary maintenance of territories, maintenance of cleanliness and an order in Nikolaev from 04/19/2007 approved by the decision of the Nikolaev city council it is forbidden to take out and dump garbage, construction, economic, household, food waste, production waste, grass, leaves, branches, snow in places not specified for this purpose.
